About Dr. Voss

I believe healing begins with being truly seen

"I became a psychologist because I know firsthand how transformative it feels when someone truly listens — not to fix you, but to understand you."

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist with over 14 years of experience working with adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. My approach integrates CBT, EMDR, ACT, and mindfulness — always tailored to the individual.

I completed my doctorate at Stanford University, trained at UCSF Medical Center, and continue to supervise doctoral interns while contributing to clinical research on trauma and resilience.

"I came to Dr. Voss convinced I was just 'an anxious person'. Fourteen months later, I recognise anxiety as a signal, not an identity. I have a life now that I didn't believe was possible for me. The work was hard, and she never let me coast. I'm so grateful."
